Meet Jason

After 11 years in the US Air Force, Jason shifted gears and became a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty in 2016. His discipline from the military, as well as a desire to help veterans and first time home buyers, helped push him to sell 26 homes in his first year. After building a small team in Sacramento, CA, Jason rose through the ranks of Keller Williams leadership as a Productivity Coach and then later as a Team Leader, running an office of over 100 agents.
Jason loves the business side of the industry, consulting and coaching with agents to build businesses actually worth owning. With two Master’s degrees, in Digital Marketing and Organizational Psychology, he brings a unique perspective to the real estate industry in how to build bigger businesses.
Currently, Jason is the Director of Sales for EF Homes at KW Santa Cruz, where his job is to hire, recruit and train agents, and bring in more qualified leads through digital marketing. He also travels the country teaching agents about how to use tech and marketing to build businesses worth owning.
