The Program

Working from proven models and systems, we’ll focus on how to build a business actually worth owning through weekly one-on-one sessions. This isn’t a program of strictly accountability (you won’t hear ”did you hit your goals this week, if not I’m hanging up”), it’s not a therapy session, and it’s not about deal doctoring (”this seller just doesn’t get it” is a great scenario for your broker 😃)

A football coach doesn’t tell a quarterback how to throw a ball, they take a talented player and help that player adapt to models and systems that are proven to win games. Why should a real estate coaching relationship be any different?

First, we establish goals. This isn’t purely “how much money do you want to make”, but instead “what life do you want to live”. Maybe you already know them, and maybe you even have them written down, which is great. We’ll get them solidified and brought into your everyday mindset.

Second, we’ll build a business to help you achieve those goals so you can start living that dream. And the best part? We’ll build it your way, we’ll just shape your way around a model that’s been proven to work (and not recreate the wheel). This isn’t about someone telling you “you need to cold call more”. This is about finding your natural strengths and passions and tapping into those to create new business opportunities.

Third, this is where accountability comes in. A person is 42% more likely to achieve a goal if it is written down (step one), but they are 76% more likely to achieve the goal if they share weekly progress reports with someone… like a coach 😃  Plain and simple, accountability is critical. It just gets a bad rap from negative experiences with poorly trained coaches.

What You’ll Get

  • 42 One-on-one Coaching Sessions - it’s almost every week, with some exceptions for holidays, real estate events, time off, etc. These are typically phone calls, but Zoom might be used from time to time if screen sharing is necessary.

  • 12 Group Coaching Sessions - a monthly group session with either a Special Guest or Topic. These will be virtual, small sessions with other coaching clients and a select few others.

  • Networking Events at KW Events (2x per year) - Either hosted with a small community of just our coaching clients, or partnered up with other groups build out our professional networks

  • Book of the Month (12 books, delivered by the 1st of the month) - We’ll go through a specific book each month, and you’ll receive a physical or Amazon Kindle copy (your choice) included monthly

  • Other Benefits - Access to additional trainings, workshops, etc throughout the year as available. (Ex: Free access to a FB Ads Bootcamp i’ll be hosting in Q2 2023).

Cost

$500 per month

  • This is an initial price, limited to just 5 people, then creating a waitlist of clients at $1,000/mo. You’ll be grandfathered in as long as you stay on.

  • Month to month, with no contract. Just a 15-day written cancellation (email) notice.

  • Billing occurs on the 1st of each month.
