Ads Done For You

The Gist of It:

Running digital media ads (Facebook, Google, etc) isn’t hard, but doing it consistently can be. And consistency is the key to results in digital marketing.

We’ll build a system, using your accounts, to create ads that bring in a consistent flow of leads every month. All you need to do is follow up with them! (And we’ll give you some help around that too…)

It’s all built within your own systems so that you actually own it. The biggest problem with things like Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. is that you don’t own any of that data, and this way, you have control over it.

What you get:

Initial Consultation and Strategy: An initial consultation about your tech stack setup, and advice on best practices in order to be as efficient as possible with digital marketing. Basically, not all tech packages and systems are built the same, and we’ll help you figure out the best system for you or your team. We’ll also help figure out the best ad strategy specifically for your business, because not businesses will benefit from the same strategy!

System Setup and Optimization: This includes creating ads accounts and access, building landing pages, installing automations, etc.

Monthly Ad Management: We’ll build, monitor and manage your ads on the platforms we picked during our consultation. You’ll receive a monthly report along with recommendations for increased performance.

Monthly Group Coaching (hosted digitally): You and/or your team can join our monthly group coaching where we’ll highlight success stories, talk marketing strategy, follow up strategy, and more.

The Investment:

Pricing is per platform which we’ll identify in your strategy session. Example: Facebook/Instagram are one platform, Google is one platform, Linked In is one platform, Bing is one platform, etc.

Setup Fee: $500 for the first and $250 for additional platforms.

Admin Fee: $500 per month, per platform

Ad Spend Minimums:

  • Facebook/Instagram or Linked In: $250/mo, but $500/mo is strongly recommended in most cases

  • Google or Bing: $500/mo

Contract: An initial 90-day commitment, because often it just takes time to see results. After the initial 90-days, month-to-month, with a 30 day notice. Ad spend can be stopped mid-month, but the admin fee is rounded to the next month.

Expectations for Results:

Cost Per Lead

This varies wildly per market, and we may be able to give some forecast individually, but it can be tough and certainly not something we can just broadly state. What we can do is give you advice and guidance each month on your specific strategy and how we can optimize it to get the results you’re looking for.

How Many Leads Will I Get?

Again, totally dependent on your market and what platform(s) you choose and what strategy you are looking for.

Are The Leads Actually Good?

Yes. The question is actually “are you willing to follow up with them long enough to convert them?” 😉 We’ll cover this more in depth in your on boarding, but just remember… leads generated on the internet have a long average conversion rate, and what you’re paying Zillow or Redfin for is the fact that they’ve been nurturing them a very long time. But there will definitely be “hot” leads in there as well, but you won’t know if you don’t have someone following up with them!

Are These Buyer or Seller Leads?

Both. If focusing on Facebook and Instagram or Linked In, they’re much more likely to be buyer leads at first, but we know that statistically 1 in 3 have something to potentially sell before they buy. So if we get you enough “buyer leads” you’ll actually find the listings in there as well!

Google and Bing is a lot easier to generate seller specific leads, but they come at a higher cost per lead. Because buyer leads are cheaper we usually recommend casting a wide buyer lead net and finding the sellers in there, but on these platforms we can specifically target sellers as well if that’s what your strategy dictates.
