Mega Camp 2026 · Austin
Everything worth keeping from Mega Camp 2026
Mega Camp is the annual Keller Williams training event in Austin. A few thousand agents in a dark room for several days. This year was structured differently, with outside speakers on the main stage for the first time, and Gary Keller running two full sessions rather than one.
I sat through all of it, took notes, and photographed every slide. These are the five sessions that were worth the trip, written up properly. No PDF to download, no form to fill in. Just the sessions, the numbers, and what was actually said.

Every one of these was built from a recording plus my own handwritten notes. The auto transcripts struggled in that room and misattributed plenty, so speaker attribution throughout is my reconstruction from both sources. Treat the quotes as close paraphrase rather than verbatim. Where a speaker hedged their own numbers, I kept the hedge in. If you were there and I have something wrong, tell me and I will fix it.
